1.When will my order ship?

Generally within 1-2 days of our receipt of your order. If we cannot ship within that time for some reason, we will notify you.

2.How do you ship and how much is shipping?

For customers within the US, we offer ground and second day.  International shipments start at $20.00 and will be sent by either UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Exact shipping charges are shown to you at checkout before you confirm your purchase. For international shipments, we do not pay for duty and taxes, those are the customers responsibility.

3.Where is my order?

You can track your order on our website from the link at the bottom of the page labeled "order tracking". Or you can email us at info@tiastyle.com.

4.What is your return policy?

Retail customers: If you are not happy with your Tia's we will issue a refund or exchange, provided you notify us within 30 days of your receipt of  goods, and return the product to us in it's original condition.  Shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges will be shipped at no charge to the customer. Returns must be sent back to us via a trackable method, such as UPS or Federal Express. Tia's cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

5.What do you mean by "Freestyle"?

Freestyle means that you have the freedom to swap in any top you want, and tie them any way you wish. Tia's are totally versatile.

6.What do you mean by "limited edition"?

Tops created from recycled materials (such as our signature recycled vintage silk sari tops) are by nature limited edition- once the recycled piece is used up, there is no more exactly like it. Recycled tops can not be reproduced, hence they are limited edition.

7.How can I make and sell my own Tia's?

We welcome independent 3rd party designers. Making tops for Tia's can be as easy as sewing a simple length of fabric, or as involved as adding detailed embellishments and coming up with your own materials and designs. Its up to you. Send us pictures and details of your tops and we'll add your creations to our site. Customers wishing to buy your tops will be sent directly to you (for example if you list your tops at etsy, we'll link our "buy" button to your listing at etsy.)  You will be responsible for shipping your product to the customer, setting your own prices, and collecting payment.  If you need samples or shoe forms to assist you in creating tops for Tia's sandals, contact us and we'll provide these to you for a minimal fee.

8.How do I tie my Tia's?

Each pair of Tia's contains an instruction manual showing you how to tie your Tia's. There are also instructions in the "how to's" section of our site.
